I get my eyelashes done here, they don't push packages onto you like some other places and June always does a good job with my lashes. Also, their customer service has improved a lot in recent months. Best if you can speak Chinese though

Service that is extremely professional. The staff is patient and explains the methods as well as the benefits and disadvantages of various types of eyebrow embroidery. I used their lastest eyebrow services and was satisfied with the results.

This is a real review: I paid close to $400 for an eyebrow session with additional 1 session of touch up service. Both of my eyebrow were not straight and its very very terrible! Many people asked me where i did my eyebrow and i said browart asia and they said the marketing all were very good and unexpected so lousy skills. I tried to contact their manager/boss and asked for compensation. But they said they require me to go down and see them. Im a business woman and have many things to do. I paid so much for eyebrow embroidery and this is the service and standard. I decided to give a good review and post for media to see. Because of the bad outcome of my eyebrow, i need to waste money going through non.eyebrow laser removal many times and its so f.... pain after every session. The eyebrow colour is too strong and hard to remove. And the colour is both dark.brown.and black. please see the attached photos and you will know and understand why i am so angry and disappointed.
