quite upset, I booked my appt at 3:10pm.. and received a phone call at 3pm when I'm nearing the clinic and was told that my appt is cancelled! they told me that is because of some emergency walk in, but what if mine also turn into an emergency too? I took time off just to come for the appt! Anyway, please do not waste your time to book appointment, you may not know when your appt get cancelled last min due to some hiccups they faced.

The Dentist is so good and handles with caring. I do like the way she treated me. The service also good, they got call me the day after my extraction to follow up with my condition.

Super slow and terrible service. Staff are just so slow and the waiting time is insane. Even though there are just few people in queue. Disastrous. First and last time here. Extremely disappointed.

Worst experiences. Dentist is good in skill but unprofessional. I did my molar teeth extraction on april here, they called me to come back after earlier check up and told me could give me offer at 150$ for the extraction. Where I actually booked at Segar dental charging 150$ so I cancelled and return to Princeton dental seem they are the one who do the check up for me in the first stage. Trying to spend wisely and save extra 100$. Today another molar teeth seem having problems again. So I went there for check up if extraction needed. Appointment at 910am. Waited till 935am. Finally my turn , she take a look and said need to be removed. Asked if she will be giving me the same price for molar teeth. She said no. This time 250$. I'm here, no choice, so have to remove it else need to rearrange time with another dentist. After extraction, I asked again, give cheaper la. She said ok , she wave the consultation fees. Glad she offer discounts. Thank you. To my surprised, she gave me nothing, no medicine at all. No antibiotics, no pain killer. According to the nurse , dentist said I want save money so not need provide medicine. This is ridiculous, so unprofessional, just because I asked for discount, she can be so unprofessional and ignore my health if antibiotics or pain killers really necessary for me. Discount just 50$, don't give if not willing to do so. As my friend asked me why don't have antibiotics, only I realized if I needing it. I called back, nurse told me , doctor said without antibiotics is fine, just recover slower. If I'm needing it, tell me I need it. I come to seek for your professional treatment. Trying to save doesn't mean trying to risk myself. Discount means cheaper rate for completing same thing. Not taking away what it should be included.

Various negative reviews doesn't justify the professional service I got from the doctor and the nurse here. Did my 2 implants here, which took numerous visits and over a year. The dentist was very professional, only made payment after my implant was completed. She was very patience, and make sure that my implant was done properly. I can't say more for the courteous nurse, even when I'm always late for my appointment.

Brought my helper here to check on a decayed tooth and it turns out she needs surgery in order to remove it. Dentist was very nice to offer a very good rate seeing that it's a foreign worker. It's a very heartwarming gesture in nowadays society. The reception nurse was very friendly and sweet, explaining my helper's situation and solution. All the negative reviews definitely do not justify the pleasant experience I've just had. Since I do not have a regular dentist, will definitely be back here for my own visits in future.

Used to be a caring doctor that I always come to since young. But today, Dr Kwong was hostile and impatient. It is pretty disappointing experience and I will evaluate my visits in the future.

Went for my bottom wisdom teeth surgery due to gum infection and decay. Dr Zhuang is professional and caring throughout the whole procedure. In addition, she is experienced and fast. Only took 30 mins for 2 teeth surgery. She was very careful to assure me on very steps taken and highlighted to me to expect some pain during the anaesthesia jabs, which is bearable, as a numb cream was applied in the beginning. Once the whole process is numb, no pain was felt. Service is good from counter staff too.
