Burger King

You guys don't take orders from people at the counter. Please accept us next time, even of we only have cash in our wallets. Lastly, please do not overwork the staff, too little people working.

Ordered pick up chicken sausage croissant with egg set, realised it was chicken crispy croissant set when reached home. Staff not efficient while ordering also. Totally disappointed with the service

BK hasn’t been the best fast food restaurant for dining experience in recent years but this outlet’s manager may have sealed my decision to never patronise here ever again. Understand that she is short staffed but lashing it out on customers is a big no no!

Won't comment about taste since it's typical burger king. But bought an ala-carte burger for dine in. The service staff v kindly checked with me if I'd like a cup of ice water. A v kind gesture that I never expected but appreciate.

Finally writing in because I won't stay quiet anymore. The management really needs to look into the service quality of your staff. I've been patronising this outlet since it opened and never once I walked out of the outlet feel respected as a customer. A few months back, a female staff serving at the cashier gave my mum a dissatified look when she just asked for 2 more packets of chilli sauce. On another occasion, the same female staff screamed at an old lady who wanted to order from the cashier because she didn't know how to order from the machine. That was just being plain rude. I know you're short handed and it was dinner time, but screaming at her "We're busy!" was totally uncalled for. The last occasion is today, there was only 1 male manager on duty serving at the counter and his attitude was really bad towards all the customers before me. Carelessly putting the packed order on the table top, not even acknowleging properly when some customers were asking for some chilli sauce and for my order, the fries were carelssly put upside down and it was all over the bottom of the paper bag. I don't think this is the right way to treat your customers? You as a management really needs to look into this and I am never patronising your Clementi outlet again.

Whenever i order from grab. Surely something missing. Ordered pancake 3 times.3 times comes with no butter and maple syrup. Although i keep reminding rider to tell the staff... If u are employing old uncle and aunties, do ask the young ones to help them with order.. We are paying for our delivery and always have missing items. How to eat pamcake with no syrup and butter? Buck up ur service... unacceptable. Do not order online for burger king seriously waste money

I ordered 3 burgers and 3 drink. I waited from 11.26am to 12 noon. I thought Burger King is considered fast food. One of my burger, fries and coke was left on the counter for at least 20mins without telling to bring first. I think the service really need to improve!! My order no is 3025. I will be hesitate to come to any Burger King branch again!

Please employ more people. There is 1 manager. 1 old uncle on burger line. 1 auntie on fries. Its a fast food place. Dont make people wait
