★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was slightly below standard. The service was definitely not up to standard. The staff just dumped the packets of chillies and sugar (which was removed by me) on my tray in front of me.
Not a single piece of serviette given. I thought since there were 2 burgers ordered, I should be given at least 2 pieces of serviette.
If COVID was the main reason for the staff not to give me any serviette.
Then why was the staff’s mask not worn properly. I observed the staff for a while. The mask did not cover his nose properly.
Seriously, what is the point of wearing a mask when nose isn’t covered.
I think more should be done to educate and to train the staffs on good hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greeted the staff at the counter when I want to order, the person gave a dark and unfriendly glance and says nothing. When my food is ready, he just threw the paper bag on the counter. Not very fast, not friendly. He treats customer like a nuisance.
I gave this outlet another chance after few months. This time, I used the kiosk instead. To my surprise, many food are either marked as ‘not available’ or ‘sold out’. It is mid day and close to lunch hour.
I walked out of the shop and never come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know the salary here is less than perfect, and I believe customers should clear their table. But the staff should at least show some commitment to their workplace. There was no crowd, but the staff were busy … busy chatting. Hygiene was severely lacking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So funny, the staff kept fulfilling the grab/foodpanda order, the take away and dine in order they just kept waiting, I been waiting for nearly 20mins for 2 snack. The staff showed me a poker face and packed the snack box, dropped on the counter after I try to ask when the order will be ready. The workflow is super messy.

Mid Dec's cheeseburger was a perfect combi of pickles, mustard n ketchup. Very juicy and tasty. Cheesy fries great too. Good job. Its always better to dine in with the food freshly made. It just taste better that way.
Dec 25th: Had the snow cheese whopper for Christmas lunch, super yummy melted snow cheese. Flavourful and juicy burger. The turkey ham blends well with everything else on the whopper. I think I prefer turkey ham over turkey bacon (turkey bacon just doesn't work). Perhaps to making the ham over bacon option permanent.
Dec 30th: Liked the snow cheese whopper so much, wanted to eat it again this time the snow cheese whopper was a disappointment. Hardly any snow cheese or sauces, taste so dry. After finishing a pour tasting whopper, I'm put off by any BK for a while yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed some protein after gym. Nothing much here. So this is my first time trying Burger King after a decade. I don’t eat Burger King because they make horrible burgers. What a bad mistake. Today’s no different. What a horrible horrible burger. Angus what? What a horrible protein I just put in me. But the onion was pretty good.

Spacious seating area with good safe distancing.
Clean and tidy, pretty comfortable with the environment.
Been there 2 times and foods served timely.
Some minor mistake but staff replaced it immediately without argument and with apology, that's was great.
Foods quality were nice too.
Will be there regularly.
