β β β β β It was a hidden gem. Burrata was superb and a must have. Ordered crabmeat on pink sauce and carbonara. Noodles were cooked al dente too. Extremely satisfying meal. Will definitely be back to try more

β β β β β An offshoot of Garibaldi's, Burrata Joy and Gustavo Lapasta upholds high quality standards and impeccable service in its deceptively casual looking eatery.
For the casual wayfarer such as myself, it takes a little journeying to reach the place, but it is definitely well worth it.
Burrata Joy's menu is simple, and as one might have guessed, is centered around burrata cheese, of which they offer a few variations - plain, smoked or truffle. You have the option to have it simply dressed with olive oil and cherry tomatoes, as a salad or topped on your pasta.
Max was extremely helpful on this end, and offered recommendations to maximise our dining experience. We started off with Fior di Sambuco, a sparkling elderflower and lemon peel tonic that had all of the floral and citrus fragrances with none of the tartness.
We decided on a starter of burrata dressed with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil along with the addition of avocados and prosciutto, which perfectly whet our appetites. Then as if on cue, Max signaled for our pasta to be prepared just as we were about to be done with the starter.
We opted for the prawn, cream and tomato orecchiette as well as the arugula and basil pesto orecchiette topped with the smoked burrata as per Max's recommendations.
The orecchiette was exactly al dentΓ©, along with the perfectly emulsified sauces it was already a tasty experience. However with the addition of the smoked burrata the entire experience was elevated, infusing the sauce with the creamy burrata and lending it a depth of smokiness.
Absolutely stellar, I would have taken up the offer to try the tiramisu if I hadn't been as full as I was. At least I know what I'll have the next time I come. Thank you Max and team!

β β β β β Iβm dropping by to leave Burrata Joy a 5* review because they totally deserve it! The food was impeccable - pasta was perfectly al Dente.
(1) Aglio olio packs a punch, comes in smelling absolutely fragrant and every bite just gives you that mouthful of olive oil, garlic, chilli, and dash of white white. I loved it!
(2) The pesto pasta was also really really good - not as big of a pesto fan but I must say this dish stole my heart too. We ordered the smoked burrata along with this and it went amazingly well together with this pesto pasta at the start, but for me it was a little too cheesy/ creamy towards the end (just my personal preference).
(3) The side dish we got was a mushroom crouton and boy oh boy was this good! The mushrooms were fresh and very juicy and the bread it was on was perfectly crunchy. Would order again but would also caution that for the size of the crouton itβs a bit pricey.
Service was also incredible, kudos to the staff who took time to explain the menu to us, get us water when we didnβt order any drinks, even wrote a postcard for us when we ordered tiramisu to go. Had such an excellent experience I believe they should open a bigger outlet ?
One very last thing to add about the Tiramisu we took away - I loved it! Best tiramisu Iβve had in Singapore! The ratio of cream : the ladyfingers soaked in alcohol below was about 4:1 - just the way I like it because I donβt like it with too strong of an alcoholic taste. The tiramisu wasnβt overly sweet and had the smoothest cream texture Iβve had in a tiramisu - literally almost tauhuey smooth although this analogy might not be doing justice for their tiramisu.
Thanks Burrata Joy for the amazing time! (I also heard that the chefs come from the 1 star Michelin restaurant Garibaldi - I mean really you get to eat here at a quarter of the price there with top notch food too!)

β β β β β Ordered the delivery service today. The freshest salad bowl I've ever had. The flavours of every ingredient in the bowl was perfectly paired together. Top it off with a whole ball Burrata Cheese. The photos simply doesn't do justice of how good it tastes.
Can't wait to try their menu in-store.

β β β β β Hidden gem in the East, definitely my new go to place for pasta. Delicious food accompanied by better service. Highly recommended to add the burrata. The service and quality is definitely carried over from Garibaldi and it shows.

β β β β β First time visiting this establishment with my wife. We came for dinner on a Saturday and the restaurant was not crowded at all.
But the crowd or lack thereof was no indication as to the quality of the food.
We ordered pastas for our meal. I got the Crab in Pink Sauce with linguine while my wife got the Basil and Rocket Pesto linguine and added chicken and a 100g smoked burrata on top.
The pastas were perfectly cooked al-dente and the sauces were really flavourful. The smoked burrata was also a good match with the pesto sauce.
Prices are reasonable and we will definitely be back for more!
