I waited nearly 2 months and they tried 4 times but they still could not duplicate my Toyota car keys. Claimed that it was original and charged me $360 initially but after my research I managed to find out that it wasn't the original one so no wonder it wouldn't pair despite trying 4 times as I went to another dealer (Newton Keys @ Turf City- Look for Ben)the original from Japan only took less then 30 mins and the quality was exact the same as my 1st key as the one Caeg was trying to do for me was totally different! Maybe it was a blessing that they could not duplicate my keys!

They made me waited for 4 weeks for my duplicated car key and additional one hour to TRY TO SYNC the car key with my car but to no avail, giving a lame excuse that they ordered the wrong car key. Seriously? A duplicate car key "SPECIALIST" CANT EVEN KNOW IF THE CAR KEY IS CORRECT RIGHT FROM THE START??? If you want to try their services, good luck and they aren't even remorseful with the mistakes they have made
