DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. 5 star to Kelvin for the professionalism. 0 star to the manager and their non existing after sale service. Bought a glass table; first delivery the legs didn’t match; 2nd delivery the table was unbalanced and full of scratches. Reported issues with the delivery guys and the after sales promised they would exchange it. After 2 weeks without any news, they call and claim it’s the last piece and they can discount 100sgd. Are you kidding me??? For a faulty table and after I wasted 2 days!!!! No way; I told them to come and collect it. NEVER AGAIN!!! ————- The table wasn’t a clearance sale. If you want, I can post the invoice where it states it’s a new piece. It’s not my responsibility if your tables are all faulty; it was a real joke to see your delivery guys trying to mount the legs of the table and the holes wouldn’t match. Proposing 100sgd discount for a table with all scratches and unstable top is an insult and shows the unprofessionalism and unfairness of your company. You can certainly refuse to sell at 300sgd but please stop making incorrect statements and just admit your tables are faulty.
