Dr Tan is a very dedicated and professional doctor. He goes above and beyond my expectations in caring for my elderly mum. Very heartened to see doctors like Dr Tan who cares about his parents. If there's an award, I ll definitely nominate him for it Another staff member, Miss Lee is also very dedicated and professional. Miss Lee has been very patient with my questions and always very assuring when my panic buttons shoots. Very thankful for Miss Lee's reassuring voice and help rendered. Thanks Dr Tan and Miss Lee. My whole family sees Dr Tan when we are sick. If you cannot get a slot, it also shows how popular he is and for good reason. Always call first to ask when is the next available slot. If you walk in, can forget about getting a slot. Unless you want to be in the queue as early as 7.15am which was what I did once as I did not want to come back again later. Dr Tan will not only treat your condition, he will also clarify your doubts and attend to all your questions patiently. To those who gave 1* ratings, don't let your frustration with the counter staff prevent you from seeing Dr Tan for consultation.

This place is horrible.I was so sick on that day went I want to see the doctor,they told me no walk in.Everytime they always say fully booked and ask me to come the next day.Do I know that on certain days I am going to be sick..Ridiculous service from this clinic.

I have been taking my children to see Dr Tan since they were young. Even now that we have shifted to the Northeast region, I will still drive all the way to his clinic. My husband had asked me to just go nearby clinic, I had tried but ended up going back to Dr Tan and I have my every reason to do so. Dr Tan is one of the rare doctor who really cares and listens to the patients. He is very attentive and patient, always answered our questions and gave appropriate advices. He never rushed through the consultation and able to empathize with patients. No extra charge for long consultation but at times we just had to wait patiently for our turn. Now that my children are in their teen age, they would be the one asking to see Dr Tan when they are not well instead of going to nearby clinic. Is a blessing to have such a kind hearted doctor to go to when in need. P/S: Read about the bad service from the clinic staff and registration closed before the stated operation time. I encountered that too but it was a different issue so does not deterred us from seeing Dr Tan. Understand for every section of operation time, there will be roughly a number of patients they can take in so that it will not over run into the closing time. That explains why registration closed early despite timing.

Chinese receptionist staff gave conflicting instructions over the phone. We called to make an appointment but the appointments were full. She informed me that we can walk-in. However, when we arrived at the clinic, she shouted at us, saying that appointments are needed. She told us, "Who said appointments are not needed?" We may have not gotten the instructions correctly, but there is no need to raise her voice to shout at us. When a person goes to the clinic, that person is not feeling well. By shouting at the patients, she is exhibiting unprofessional behaviour. Such a person should not be having a patient-handling job.

The search stops here for the best Neighbourhood Doctor in Pasir Ris.Dr Tan has been our family doctor since the 90s until now. He’s very attentive towards your sickness and caring too. Other bad reviews are mainly full slot to get an appointment come early to que that’s what we do all times

Best and kindest doctor I have ever seen. 100% trustworthy. I went back to consult him even after I moved to other area. Read another review saying by appointment is not good, but actually I think it's very good. Imagine the patient doesn't have to wait in the mall for an hour or more to see doctor, isn't it good ? As he is such a good doctor, the queue is always long, now I just call and make the appointment and about the time I head down to the clinic.....It's the best arrangement for the patient .... For other popular clinics, you have to wait in clinic or nearby for an hour, that really makes you more sick.

Doctor Tan of this clinic is amazing. Friendly polite and gives very clear information to patients.
