This clinic is SLOW. Extremely incompetent staff, no process for handling patients. I never had to wait an hour to see a GP and then another HOUR just to collect medicine. If you wanna die before you even get to see the doctor, visit this place. I reached the clinic at 12pm, it's 2pm now and I'm still waiting for my meds

OneCare clinic at Loyang Point is very good. The doctors are really good and very nice. The staff are courteous and take care of all patients with lot of patience and with smiling face.

I went on 28 Mar 2022 for consultation and did my ART test. I was Ag+ since 2 days ago. In the morning I did my ART test again for submission to my workplace which result was still Ag+. Upon paying, the nurse informed that I was Ag- and could resume my daily activities.I knew this could not be possible and I went back home and did my ART test again and the result was still Ag+. I book an appt at CTC today to confirm and my result would be capture by MOH accurately. True enough, I received an SMS from MOH that I'm still Ag+ and have to be isolated. Beside this experience, the Doctor on duty, nurse and reception were ok. Nurse have to be careful when conducting ART test for patient and informed the correct test result.

The worst clinic in the entire of Singapore. Thereโ€™s a a particular tudung lady with f up and lazy attitude. Her distribution is short and just pure lazy She seems like she doesnโ€™t care about the patients and hates her job. Let us queue for 40mins just to register. She donโ€™t deserve to work here. In any front line industry that is. What a disgrace to the health care industry.

Went at 5.30pm yesterday to see Dr as I self tested positive and had many symptoms. The malay female counter staff there did my swab, barely touching the rim of my nose. After seeing the dr, I recieved the message that I am ART negative. So I went to ask the same staff nicely, "can I check with you? I tested positive at home, but your test says negative. So does this mean I'm positive or negative?" To which she replied, " of course negative la! How I know where u take your test from?!" I was made to wait a total of 45min, just to get my meds, and the same staff told me need to wait longer as my mc needed to be changed. She had more than 40min to ask the dr to change the mc. And if you are asking, perhaps the clinic was full. I was the first person in. There was no one else in the clinic when they did the swab. After dr saw me, she never processed the 15 pple queuing there, until she gave me my meds. Please do something about your staff training. But I must commend the Filipino male staff who was helping the guy who was involved in the motorbike accident. Also I tested positive at the QTC today.

I visited the clinic at Loyang point on 08/07/2022. At 5pm. The q started to build up but the reception/nurses doesnโ€™t seem to be excited to serve all of the patients. When itโ€™s my turn, I was greeted by the most unfriendly โ€˜hiโ€™ by the Malay lady wearing tudung. She said hi, but with no eye contact. Took my particulars and then decided to ask me if I have registered online to see doctor. She could have asked me to do so before taking my particulars. She made me feel so stupid. I thought ppl from the health care industry must always l be more sensitive to patients. Didnโ€™t show any care for regardless what we all came for. Maybe the lady that serves me hates her job. And I also just realised that the rating for this outlet was very Low. Kudos to the Lady that bring them down.

This clinic is plain ridiculous! Customer service is lousy and slow. Came into the clinic at 945am and was told to wait for 1 hr. After waiting for an hour, I was told to wait for another 6 patients. Went back at 5pm waited till 6pm just to register. There is no system. At 610pm there are still 6 patients in front of me. Waiting to do their swap test. The Malay nurse was even more ridiculous for asking me why I am there! OMG - never visit this clinic again. I must add the Dr Evelynn Loo is very very nice. She is patience and explain clearly. Thank you Dr Loo.

went twice. one of the female staff has got attitude problems. overall extremely slow and inefficient service. waited more than 2 hours just to get an ART test done. There werenโ€™t even that many people there. no idea what the staff is doing, from what i see 90% of the time no one is collecting their medication from the counter. overall pretty displeased with this clinic
