Certainly NOT just your average doctor who simply prescribes medicine quickly but one who LISTENS attentively and treats you as a whole person. A rare gem in the medical field.

Both lovely counter staff were well mannered n caring which had provided excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST!! Visited this clinic a couple of times in the past and the doctor is good and compassionate. However, when I tried calling to enquire if the clinic is part of an insurance group, the receptionist became extremely rude and refused to verify. In the end, she simply hung up on me when I tried to verify again. Please improve on customer service and product knowledge of receptionist as it ruined all my past pleasant experience with the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER rude nurse and receptionist, the doctor is fine I guess, no choice I have to bring my dad her as is the most convenient to bring him as he has disability or I will not even visit here. I go to this clinic 1-3 time already and they have been very rude and ignorance especially to question, plus they seem like they are force to work we dont force You to work in this industry also we didn’t offend u so dont need To be rude u know? Like we really appreciate ur service to the medical industry but it really is sad to see how people are just so annoyed and disgusted at us when we just go see doctor we are patient not someone u should look down on if all of us are can solve we dont need To seek ur help in health issues. I’m very disappointed ☹️ at the attitude, not sure how they train u during nursing school but I pretty sure is not like that.
