Members entitle to 10% discount or points. Laptops and handphones has many types to choose but not for price so better check the specifications you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousiest customer service I ever faced. Went to collect my online purchase, the customer service counter totally no one. I waited for 10mins and tried to look inside yet I cannot see any representative. I decided to call a staff outside to help and she helped me to walk into the counter to check. The representative is actually slacking and hiding himself in a corner which is near to the counter but unable to see from outside of the counter. I know not all the time there will be customers walking in, but hiding in one slacking? Challenger is pretty nice to it's employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While Challenger is the go to when it comes to electronics, I 2as hoping that they will stock a little more range variety of accessories such vertical laptop stand. Was looking for one but was a little disappointed that they don't have any. Lots of stand for laptop, just not vertical ones.
