We ordered a bowl of fried fish pao fan and a bowl of duo fish pao fan. It came with a mix of white rice, puffed rice, fried egg floss and the (fried /sliced) fishes. It cost $7.80 per bowl. The broth was flavourful however it came with only 4 slices of fish if you order the fried fish and 5 slices if you order the duo fish. Dory fish was used for the fried fish, and the Batang fish was used for the sliced fish. Leave the fish to soak up the broth and it would become tastier. They were generous with the soup, and it warms the stomach on a rainy day. They have add-ons if you fancy more fishes or other dishes like fresh prawns. I'm not sure if I would come back again as it was quite out of the way for me but I wouldn't hesitate to try again if I'm around the vicinity.

Tried the fried fish pao fan today. There is a long queue during lunch but service is fast. Broth is flavorful with bits of fried popped rice. Would like it better if there could be some vegetables in the soup.

Went there just before the stall closed. Ordered a slice fish Pao fang. Soup is savoury, fish is nice, rice is normal. $7.80 is way above average.

So good!!!!!! ?❤️ Soup is packed with flavour and fish slices are thick. Soul-soothing food!! Went during weekday lunch at about 12.40pm and managed to snag seats - dining area is not big though so be prepared to dabao. Would recommend bringing your own takeaway container otherwise it’s 50 cents per container.

Visited this place for lunch for the first time, together with friend who had tried their pao fan before. We both ordered the Duo Fish rice soup - fish slices and fried fish chucks combo. Really wowed by the super flavorful soup / broth. 5 stars!

Pretty good soup broth but other than that, nothing special. Ordered the duo fish pao fan ($7.80) + additional side of egg floss (+$1). Fried fish was on the tougher side, and the amount of crispies were quite little. Personally don’t feel that it’s worth the price tag.

This is one that I always wanted to try but as they usually closed by 4pm in the afternoon, no chance to drop by until now. . Heartwarming bowl of Pao Fan that the broth is rich yet not overpowering. So comforting that I can just keep drinking it. Ordered the Fresh Prawn Pao Fan that comes with 3 huge fresh prawns. For an extra indulgence, I have added some extra fish slices. . Great comfort food, had the mixed fish Pao fan which was excellent. The broth is amazing that we all finished the soup. The fish was decent too, but definitely not the best fresh fish slice or fried fish. But the crispy rice and rice is really awesome and pretty airy seat for yummy food. Will go again. Went again, took a while for them to take order (not even sure why); ask to come back in 5min, then food was prep quickly but wrong order, by the time they got it right, the rice already soggy from the broth.
