★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, scanned my card for food. And they deducted the money from my account but the food didn't come out.. and they are making it so hard for me to get my refund(such a hassle). Another thing would be their other machines unable to accept cards. Scanned the other machines for 1 minute each but still nothing.

The sad part is machine break down a lot.
Also the orange vending not well cover n can see fly moving around inside.
Hygiene side a bit disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24/7, got a nice selection of meals, snacks and drinks. However, the customer service experience is the worst. I asked the vending machines about their day and I didn't get any response. There wasn't even a manager there. Overall, pretty good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this chef in the box thing has its charm... Is convenient. I agree... But really shouldn't have to come at a much higher price point.
Small suggestion CIB... If you price your Orange Juice @ $2 instead of $3... My family will buy 5 everyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly good food from vending machines I have eaten in Singapore. Personally I think the food is better then most Singapore 7-11's and for a decent price as well. Will definitely come again to try more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meals vending machine is closed so there isn't much for me to say but there are still snacks and drinks to buy. There's also no chairs to dine in so it's not really a vendcafe now.
