★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the French toast and Teh. It is good. I think the price is tad bit high but other that everything is okay for me. I went on a Sunday evening and it isn’t crowded. I am god with that.

Spacious and comfortable.
Ordered the common basic set.
It's far away from our expectation.
The coffee and tea don't taste as good compare to other.
Bread kaya and butter not generous too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Housekeeping needed; as usual shortage of manpower. Business brisk fairly good for a Saturday morning. I loved the Teh C tea brew prep by a Senior Uncle :) sweet aroma yum, good skills. Had the most delicious siao mai snack to go with my tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy place for tea break or do bit of work in between appointments. Tried the promotional Crispy Prata with Coffee at $2.6. The Prata is super crispy outside but easy to cut and not-too-dry insides. Coffee server warm and not too sweet. Overall pleasant experience. May give 5 stars once try other menu, if they are all good :)
