★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koi drinks are of a higher standard than other establishments. You can taste the difference in the tea's quality especially with 0% sugar. This store at compass one has self service counters and wait time is short despite the large crowds on weekends. Very efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great choice of bubble tea. Upgrade to use self self kiosks and reduced lots of waiting time. Very convenient and efficient of them making the waiting time greatly reduced.
Peak hour will be a while of wait, about 15 mins just to note.

As she can’t rlly speak English, so I send in my order as text msg and got my grandmum to show it to ur stuff to prepare my order. However to my surprise, she was so rude and got her to go to the self kiosk to order herself instead of helping her ! What kind of service is this ?! Old people cannot read English u mean u guys can’t help ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff! Wasn’t able to customise my drink with less milk on self-ordering kiosk. Told the staff I would like less milk for my order and it was accepted fuss-free.
Carriers, straws etc are self-service at black table in front of the counter where orders are fulfilled. Customers can choose for no carrier if they want to go green
