★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad to see such a nice new place managed by all the "part timers" staff. Shock to see such "dont care" attitude. Imagine a long queue waiting, they dont even serve you unless you go and pressure them, else they just do their own stuff. After they prepare the drink, they just leave it on the table, you need to figure out yourself, lol, it's a joke

However the service really need improvement, I waited for 40mins for my food (and it is only ham croissant) and there is no seating arrangement during covid (you have no idea you should queue for a table or just free seating, there is no instruction and no staff helps with this)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery and was given no utensils for my order. I can use my own spoon to eat the cake but there was no thick straw given for my frappe, making it hard to drink with my normal straw at home. Pls remember to give straws for your delivery orders.

The cafe looks bright and spacious with lots of tables for dining in. Haven't checked in to experience this new outlet, but will surely stop by soon.
