★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can try if you prefer HK style of wantan noodle which it's thinner compared to local wantan noodle. The wantan is big with generous filling. The soup is a bit towards salty. Take note need to top up $0.30 if you are doing takeaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This coffee shop in which this outlet is located had a few changes since Covid19. And this neat and brightly-lit outlet was opened 2 mths ago only. Its dumpling noodle - dry - (水饺面干) was different from others'. The springy noodle was nice - thinner (finer) than normal, and there was enough cai xin vegetable on it. We helped ourselves to both chilli - the paste and the pickled green one. Soup was tasty but not enough - I needed more! A bite into the succulent shrimp & minced meat dumpling (水饺) gave off a pungent alkaline taste (probably due to treating the shrimp to add QQ texture). It would have been super had there not been the pungent taste. ?Reasonably priced noodle.?

One of the most authentic Hong Kong noodle I ever tasted here.
Can try and see if you can taste a taste of good old Hong Kong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's difficult to find good Wan Ton noodle HK style. Looks like the HK chef formerly left Crystal Jade and started an outlet here opposite Food Pavilion. You have to queue for the food during lunch or dinner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very authentic plate of Hong Kong style Ngau Lam/Dumpling Noodles.
The sauce was well balanced, noodles were well cooked. Portion size is not big but as expected for HK sized portions.
Dumplings were fresh with a crunchy bite from the prawns, but a little on the salty side.
Overall, I will come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the beef brisket noodle soup. Beef is tender and tasty although portion is on small side. Noodles cooked Al dente. Soup is slightly salty to my liking. Be perfect if less salty.

The noodles are much thinner than usual, similar to those you will find in wanton noodles store in HK. Noodles were slightly overcooked but it's alright. Probably the soup version might be better.
The beef brisket noodles were just ok though. While the beef brisket was tasty, the beef could have been a bit softer.
Overall, satisfied meal!
