★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Chicha San Chen outlet at Westgate and located inside the Hao Supermarket at basement. This outlet helped to take away some of the crowd from Jem.
The quality is that you can expect from Chicha, the tea taste is very rich and not scrimped on.
The combinations of cream, tea, sweetness and toppings are always excellent. It is not overly sweetened and does not compete with one another for your taste buds.
