very detail but very slow. On average they attended 4 patients in one hour for one room. I waited 2 hours to 3.5 hours on monday afternoon and monday morning. Good if you can wait.

"There is no doctor. There is no doctor." That was all the lady at the counter would say to you; like a broken record. She would not even allow you to finish your sentence. She just wanted you OUT. I travelled to Chiew Clinic as i saw that it had some decent reviews on google. Turns out, this clinic does not even adhere to their operating hours. I was there at 5.20pm and the doctor has already decided to pang kang. Very professional. What is the point of putting up your operating hours when you're not even going to follow it? Make patients travel all the way over just to get turn away by a rude lady.

Clinic assistant is arrogant and rude. "Patients who come at 7am is also still waiting for the doctor to come" asked what is the operating hours. She say start 9am. Lol. Doctor will only be here 10-10.30am. I ask what is the consultation charges. She replied me 30plus. I ask her gor exact consultation charges excluding meds and procedure. She tell me DONT KNOW, NOT SURE. Rather go other clinics.

Very good doctors who are very thorough in their work. They spend at least 15 min with each patient. Patience IS required and MUST go early to collect numbers (people start queuing before 7am for morning sessions). If arrive after 30 min after clinic official opening hour, very common that numbers will not be issued due to high number of patients. They want to ensure quality of care of patients and are not there to make a quick buck.

My mom and I went to the clinic just now to help my dad get the queue number for consultation as the clinic does not allows appointments and even when you call up the clinic, they always never picks up their call. We are already living in 2021, I don’t get why they don’t allow appointments like other clinics or government hospitals/ clinics. We asked if they could allow some flexibility as we are working adults and hopefully we can get a queue number for my dad instead, the lady who speaks to ask is very rude, she replied “You know how early those patients came? 6am in the morning!” (Its 1.30pm when she told us that. My mom told her that those patients are elders and is very inconsiderate and inconvenient for them to wait long hours. Hopefully they will be flexible to allow appointments or give out the queue numbers earlier than 2pm. So it will be more convenient for everyone, as we are not living at that area. She told us that to see doctor is 3 hours average waiting time. She repeatedly told my mom, “If you think so easy, you come be nurse!” (By the way, she is only an admin staff and not nurse). Very rude lady, very arrogant and stuck up. If you are considering to come this clinic please take note of their inflexibility and the admin’s attitude into consideration.

The clinic opens at 9am, having read Google reviews I came in an hour earlier and I thought it would help. There is no formal queue system and we were told and tell the next person their position. I was fifth but ended up getting number 7 (some took 2 numbers). Kind of upset because the first patient was only seen from 10.40am. I don’t know why the doctor will let patients wait 100min (from opening hour, more for those who came in early to queue). Most are there for body issues. The wife see patients too but only for general and not body-related issue. One good thing is the nurse is helpful and a lot of the patients ended up making friends and sharing experience with each others. The doctor is knowledgeable and assuring too though the effort waiting can be frustrating. It’s one thing to wait for doctor to serve another patient, another thing to wait for doctor to arrive. First patient - 1040 - 1105 2nd - 1105-1125 3rd - 1125-1150 5th - 1150-1215 6th - 1215-1240 7th - 1240-1305 Tips: - Get someone fitter to queue as early as 90 min before opening - Leave for me-time (the nurse will recommend what hour to return) - Bring the patient in when it’s about time.

The male doctor is well-known for joints treatment, the nurses are friendly. I came here for few times but every time must wait for at least 2 hours even I was just seeing the other doctor for common flu and fever (since 2018). Suggest to queue early to get in, but the queue usually starts before operating hours (before 8.30am), p/s: no call reservations , must queue in person to get in. I saw people argued this issue at clinic, i think this is just to avoid ppl MIA, they really have many patients everyday.

This clinic serves lots of patients, alot of elderly patients I suppose. The queue is long, Dr had his pool of patients over the years. Prepare to wait if you are here.
