Pop by to have my brows shaped. As usually the receptionist is very friendly. The Brow therapist also very attentive. Good. Satisfied. Keep up the good work.

Told me to wait 1.5h for a simple brow trim (which usually takes 5min MAX) since the person in charge of brows had an ongoing appointment...idk about u but i don’t think the brow artist has to stay the entire duration of her appointment?? Couldve just helped me with my brows quickly (since it takes less than 5minutes) and gone back to the appointment... I’m a customer too and I already signed a package with them! (starting the second package!!!!!) So disappointed srsly...good thing I haven’t recommended them to anyone ??

Chanced upon this Brow salon and Jane was very friendly and skillful. All my friends commented my brows are beautiful after my 2nd Touch up. Will recommend my friends here. Thank you Jane

Did my facial with Ann. She was nice throughout the session and allow me to rest. Unlike other salons where the beautician would keep on talking to me which sometimes would find it irritating. She was not pushy also. Overall a good experience

I have never met a beauty salon that is so hard selling. One of the beautician, she stopped half way my eyebrow embroidery and trying to up-sell me the most expensive package, and she literally stop working on my brows for a extremely long time until i agreed to sign up the package. Not to mention she left the numb cream on my eyebrow and lashes for extra long and caused sensitivity on the skin around my eyes and it took more than a month to cure. When I went back to do the eyebrow trimming which comes FOC with the package, it was done badly and I went back with half of the eyebrow untrimmed.

Good Brow Skills and Service. Yuri, staff from Korea, really very patient and patient. She explained very thing in detail and what to expect. The Brows looked great but I did not take up their package as I have my own regular place that I go to. Will give them a try next week. Not pushy at all. Staff are very professional and friendly. Keep it up!

I got a facial here from Ann. She was awesome and paid close attention to the key areas where I needed that “extra something” that makes you want to go and get the facial in the first place. She was very polite and friendly. The facility was very nice and the ambience was soothing to the eye and ear. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get a therapeutic facial as it has helped me so much. No promoting or selling at all. Well Done.

Got my "virgin" brow done with Jane in Jun. The brow looks very naturally and I just love my new brow. However after few days, scab starts to drop off and it was patchy. I was shocked and went to see Jane. Jane was very patient and calm when I complained at the top of my voice. Jane explained that when the scab dropped off, color may fade by 50% and may also have "holes" here and there. She told me this is a normal process and not to worry, everything will fine after the touch up. The end results depend very much individual skin condition. I got no choice but make my touch up appointment 3 weeks later. But it is really a blessing in disguise. After the touch up, my brows look perfect. Very nice and naturally and I don't even have to draw at all. Feeling apologetic, I went to see Jane with cakes and pastries for the staff. So paiseh.... I have then recommend my sister and mum to see Jane. Thank you Jane for your patience. Thumbs up!
