Reasonable prices for off season asics footwear! The male staff is very kind & efficient in helping me choose the correct shoes and my own budget. Will come back again with my family.

If you are not particular of buying the latest model then this is the place you should be visiting. Asics carries best running shoes. This outlet has discount upto 50% and that makes the shoes much cheaper and worth buying. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgable about the products they sell. A must visit store before deciding to buy from somewhere else, mainly when it comes to Running Shoes.

Its great to see an Asics Outlet in the West! The store is huge! (abit too bright for my liking though) and the staffs were really helpful and knowledgeable. I am able to get the shoe that fits me well and its really comfortable. What i really like is, he explain to me the type of shoes to me in simple terms and he is able to select what is best for my supination, he even encouraged me to run in the store! I am happy with my purchase and definitely will come back again when my shoes wears out. =)

I am extremely satisfied and happy with my shopping experience at Imm outlet last week. This is my 3rd or 4th visit so far and the selection is aplenty as usual. This young man Jason assisted me and my husband. He was really impressive with his product explanation and he was able to answer our queries efficiently. We also asked him why the Asics website promo is better than store promo, he told us that online and store has its own promotion but there's always pro and cons like trying the actual shoe sizing on the spot or checking the condition of the shoes etc. Jason did encourage us to try the sizes if we are really interested in getting a pair online as well so that we wont go through the hassle of getting the wrong size. In the end, we bought at the store as we found the perfect pair and sizing. Definitely will come again. Thank you so much Asics Imm!

1st time there to get a pair of running shoes. And was extremely disappointed with the staffs service there, esp the malay big guy who seemed like the store mgr or sup there. So unprofessional. During the whole process he didnt talk or acknowledge me. Literally just stood there like a kayu/statue. Very arrogant behaviour. The other young lady was ok. Altho looking like a new staff but she did helped me. The best part was, when i gave him the shoe size for me to try on, he came back n handed only 1 side??? I mean come on, who would give ur customer 1 side of the shoe to try on n walk around? That was so ridiculous of him. I then had to walked up n get the other side to try on. I did buy a pair tho. But was still very unhappy with the unprofessional service given there. Im not asking for a vip or 5 star treatment. But at least try attend to ur customer's need will be nice. If i wasnt being so desparate to get one asics shoes, i wouldnt even consider of buying one from here. This will be my last n final time to visit this asics store at imm. Excitedly went in but upsettingly walked out. So not worth the time spent there.

Store was shorthanded but both staff at Asics were earnest and helpful and gave their best to handle a busy weekend crowd.. I left with a pair of bouncy shoes and a happy customer.. will return again!
