I was hesitant when i read the bad reviews on the shop. But surprisingly the sales lady was polite and helpful. She was patient when i can't decide. An excellent outlet to visit if you are into comfortable shoes.

Such a warm and friendly welcome and service. No pressure to buy encouraged to browse and try on. I bought a pair of iquishon flip-flops which were exactly what I needed had lovely service from the salesman.

Customer service showed initiative to approach me when I entered the shop. They were polite, knowledgeable and recommended a pair of sandals that my later wife loved. Only reason why it's not 5 stars is that some sandals shoe sizes were not available so limited the choices bit.

Had come all the way to IMM fitflop outlet to take a look but the shop was closed half door open so I assume the person was away n wld be bk so I came bk an hour later n the shop was still not fully open... Even if it's a lunch break surely 1 hour was more than sufficient!!! This is terrible terrible service for 1 person to man the store but taking an extended lunch break with many customers wanting to go in but unable to... U lost many customers that afternoon Fitflop ... U may wan to relook at Ur staff lunch break policy!!!

I had one of the WORST experience at Flip Flop IMM branch earlier this afternoon around 12.05pm on 20th Jan 2022. We walked in the outlet and was browsing for the shoes & had wanted to try 2 of the designs in the size which we wanted. Upon walking to the counter, we saw the sales associate getting some paper work done. I gently requested for the size, but was given a BLACK Face and a LOUD sigh. She was obviously NOT pleased that we wanted to try the shoes. I stood there stunned but decided to give her a chance. But the unhappy rude towards the customers episode did not just stop there. She probably was still feeling extremely fed up with my request, and took out those shoes boxes and slammed right hard on her table with a LOUD slam. I was standing near the exit and could hear how the boxes were slammed on her working counter desk. If she is not happy to serve her customers, she could have jolly well shut the whole shutter and DO NOT allow any us walk in! Her attitude was so uncalled for, and this is probably the WORST shopping experience I ever had ! I hope the management can look into it on that particular staff who worked on 20th Jan 2022 at around 12.05pm!
