.but what impressed me And partner the most was how helpful they were . Can't fault them in anyway. And special thanks to Radheka who couldn't do enough for us thankyou so much clinic 10 for a very professional service Aidan and Annette

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently relocated from Telok Blangah to Pasir Ris, and my search for a good clinic stopped here at Clinic 10. I don't appreciate the usual panicky and irritable staffs that you generally find at clinics, who add to the stress of already having a family member sick. The staff here is very polite, Doctor treated the patient very nicely. What else do you want when your family member is sick. I would prefer anytime before the clinics in Elias mall which i hate to visit. Thank you Clinic 10. (i just got my son treated here for high fever)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at Clinic 10 and it was a pleasant experience. Grateful to Dr Gen for her time and patience to explain to me things that are new to me. It was comfortable talking to her, asking her questions and getting my doubts and concerns clarified. I went towards the end of day and it was already Friday, the end of the week, but her energy was still great. So glad to have met her, she assured me she's contactable anytime including teleconsult if I don't have the time to drop by her clinic. Thank you Dr Gen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Yap is great but the Chinese nurse/receptionist is horrible. Extremely rude, blames you for her scheduling faults, won’t process insurance paperwork even after 2 weeks and makes shoddy work while assisting in the surgery room. Hope the doctor hears of this feedback.
Update: thankful to the doctor for being open to this feedback, she personally called to apologize and promised to review the staff involved, keep up the good work on the healthcare frontline.

I also like how she's very clear and reasonable in asking the right questions, treatment plan, next steps etc so I feel like whatever issue I have can be resolved. She is also good with kids. Receiving my medicine on the same day makes the teleconsult a hassle-free affair. Will recommend.
