When I arrived at 10 am the staff told me that it will be 1hr wait. Initial que number was 108. I am number 116. It’s 145pm and I’m still waiting. Current number is 113 for the past 20 mins

Dr Vivien Ang is an excellent doctor. She is meticulous and patient. She does not ask me to take all kinds of tests, unlike my company doctors. Receptionists/nurses have been polite. Read negative reviews of past ones but it may be due to the many things they need to do.

Doctors are nice and friendly, but the young girls at counter are just too rude and lazy to help. When ask them things all they say is cannot without finding out. There is one girl with pony tail (duno her name) worst. She will just ignore ppl and don’t reply at all showing the face like ppl owe her money. Horrible experience. Please teach them some basic courtesy please and if they are not happy to work just tell them don’t work. Visited 18 December 2021.

Have been visiting Shenton Elias mall for 2 years. Both Dr Vivien and Dr Timothy (on Sundays) are amazing! To be fair to the receptionists, I’ve been getting decent service so far on my visits here

Doctors are great but the receptionist or those at the counter never pick up calls, I called about 10 times, not exaggerating, never pick up. Understand at times maybe busy, but come on, to pick up a call in that 10 rings, is it too much to asked?

Two stars are for the doctor, who have always been very excellent and caring in the last five years I've been seeing her. The ladies at the counter... you are the reason why three stars are missing and why I will be making a switch to other clinics.

Got tested positive for Covid on 17 Apr 22 and waited 4 days later still no sms updates and called MOH (they mentioned there is no record submitted by the clinic). Went on to call the clinic, one of the staff told me they probably forgot to submit and submitted my status on day 4. Waited another 2 days later (as MOH said needs 24-48hr to act on it) however, still no sms or any update on my covid positive status. MOH still claimed that they did not receive any of my case on day 6. So I proceed to call the clinic again to ask for the status, the girl told me that my submission was done on 17 Apr and this is MOH problem. There have been many patients experiencing the same problem as me in the clinic. Terrible experience so far as I felt like i am caught in a technical issue between the clinic and MOH that is unsolved! Moreover, the clinic assistant slammed down the phone to end the call, rude tone, nonchalant attitude with no basic courtesy. Very frustrating as nothing was resolved and I have to keep calling both sides just to find out what is going on.

Waiting time was 2 hours but we are informed about the waiting time by receptionist , so we collected the token and came back after 2 hours , when we back our token was called in 10 mins .Also it’s understandable due to visitors count waiting time is higher. Doctor treatment is excellent , takes good care and provide sufficient time.
