How can your workmate interrupt ME and ask to make payment when your partner is talking to me about my baby medicine.
DO I HAVE 4EYES AND 2BRAIN AND 4 EARS??
BEST PART IS, THERE IS NO SYRINGE FOR MY BABY TO EAT HER MEDICINE. TELL ME WITH IMMEDIATE ANSWER WITHOUT SEARCHING FOR IT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see the doctor as my daughter was running a fever. I felt that one of the clinic staff were pretty rude when she was explaining on the medications to other parents till I encounter it myself. I confirmed with her and wanted to make sure Im in the right page as I know administering medication for kids needs to be accurate and meticulous. She sounded annoyed and not forthcoming. Assuming that we parents should know everything. I suggest she should voice record how she spoke to parents so she could reflect on herself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visit the lady doctor friendly but they are using very strange method to do swab test till my nose bleeding.. I cried so loud but the doctor still poking my nose using the kit..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COST, Terrible service, long waiting time. You might as well go to the poly clinic for cheaper and better service and treatment. They often have medication out of stock, only one word to sum up my experience at this clinic. WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there are super friendly, the price is good. And the doctor knew exactly what problem I had. I think it was a vitamin B12 deficiency, she took a look at my tounge and prescribed it immediately. My fatigue issue has improved drastically. Thank you so much Elias Family Clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Straightforward, friendly staff and Dr Chuah is a good gp. Some waiting is required as he is more popular compared to the other clinics next to it. The clinic now does not open at night.
