★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perception: The counter staff are persistent on letting customers are came in later to go in first.
Very disappointed after waiting 1.5hrs with only 3 patient Infront of me. Afterwards, I had to wait again because the counter staff says they could not find me but I was there.
There is no counter and the staff were very soft so I kept hanging around but it's still useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thermometer measured at the counter is 37 Celsius degrees. But the doctor said if I feel I have a fever then I have a fever. Seriously? That’s something I never heard before. Also the doctor said I can go whatever clinic/hospital, without giving reference letter. It’s irresponsible as government emphasized that patient shouldn’t hop clinic. Overall I’m very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had no issues with the clinic. Have been with them for the past 5 years. Professional service. The wait may not be as fast, as the doctor will take time to explain to each patient. No touch and go kinda doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeing health matters as my doctor for over ten years. Thank you all so much for taking care of me whenever I was unwell. Very detailed doctors and warm counter staff. The wait here is around 30 minutes during peak hours but doctors are very detailed in asking for your condition and their diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait may be long, but the consultation is of depth and quality. The price maybe high and not a panel clinic, but medications are good and effective. They accept CHAS truly and wholeheartedly unlike some who place the sign but does not honor it. Even though I have moved away, I still visit this clinic whenever I am ill because I know I am in good hands. The 2 counter staff have been there for at least a good decade, friendly and experienced. They can be too busy, but never rude.
