★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced doctor and gives very practical advices. He is very good with young children. Good listening and reassures concerned parents well. Staff needs to be more patient and pleasant with the parents.

Why bother to set up a website when no one cares to mainten it?
If there is a possibility to go with no star, that will be my choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ at least have the common sense to update your opening hours when you know your business is shown on google. waste time after waiting for the opening hours only to find out its closed. there was also another father and baby who went through the same thing. waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor appears experienced, but burnt out and was extremely rude. He appears to assume parents are ignorant and speaks condescendingly. The reception staff were also very rude, shouting at parents and children throughout. As a fellow healthcare worker, I understand how overwhelming it can get, especially in an environment with constant noise and constant stream of patients however I did not witness any parents being rude, only sick and rowdy children. Therefore the behaviour appears to be a lack of professionalism in the doctor and clinic staff. Do not recommend and will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the doctor/0 for the staff....The doctor is such a great, caring and friendly guy and always take time to ensure you feel at comfort about your Child...but the front desk staff let him down immensely...Rude, not friendly such bad attitudes especially working in a baby clinic....One staff yesterday received a call from a parent asking if it was busy (6.50pm clinic just opened) the response was shocking... quote" yes we are very busy,many people queuing" and suggested they come back tomorrow at 8.30am... Note there were only 3 people in the queue and clinic had only opened 5 minutes ago....I did speak to the lady about her approach, attitude and feedback to the parent but all I got was a blank look and yes, yes yes!!! Feel a shame for the doctor who is brilliant..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is well experienced however rude. Front desk staffs are thrice as rude as doctor. Shouted at child for playing on the slide. They could have simply removed the slide or put up a sign not to play however none of this was done. Treating patients / parents in a military regime. Threw the medicine on the table when handing over them. Utterly shocking behavior form the staffs. Doctor was rude as well when i informed him on his staffs behavior. Took it lightly instead of doing something about it. Poor Poor Poor treatment of parents and the children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor here deserves 5 stars as he is the best best doctor and we always find peace only after coming to this clinic. The 2 reduced stars are for the staff as they never pick the phone. Sometimes it’s difficult to come all the way to this clinic only to know the clinic is closed. They are simply unapologetic of not picking up calls which is quite unprofessional. Also there should be some kids books or play toys for kids to play instead of keeping magazines like Elle and other fashion magazines. The kids get really bored if their queue number is behind. Except for a slide there is nothing much to do here. All child clinics have some books n toys to entertain kids. If these 2 points are improved then I give it 5 stars
