If you compare it to a human service, this is like going to a hospital to treat a common flu but ended up being prescribed with all kinds of supplements that are available for sale online. But somehow when it’s a vet it’s justified, because pet owners are worried sick and can’t differentiate supplements from medications, so these experienced veterinarians take full advantage of that unawareness and play it like a good card in hand

I’m infuriated. My father brought our 3 month old poodle to this vet and paid $400 for a simple ear yeast infection and kennel cough problem, can you believe it? The vet ripped him off because he didn’t know any better. Ear infections and kennel coughs are very common in puppies and I don’t imagine why $400 is needed to cure it. They could have just prescribed antibiotics for my puppy but they prescribed a ton of other unnecessary medications such as probiotics, which anyone would know that it’s clearly optional and the cough can be cured without it. The vet just added whatever they could from medications to supplements for a simple cough and robbed my father because he didn’t know what was necessary. All of these and the sum ended up at $400. We all work hard for our money, I refuse to waste it like that when clearly there are better ways to go about it if the vet had more conscience and genuinely tried to help instead of ripping people off because they’re inexperienced. It’s clear and a fact that the puppy can be cured even without all those additional optional medications. I live just across the street but I don’t think I’m ever going back if that’s how they trick worried pet owners and get people to pour their fortune out for unnecessary things. I see that they have a huge service problem as no one follows up with the complains as well, they probably don’t bother

Great experience with Dr June Tan! Brought my puppy for a health checkup and vaccination and she was very patient in answering all our questions and queries. Despite the long waiting time, the experience was very smooth sailing!

Dr June is really what any cat or animal owner wish to have. She answers all our questions (and we had a lot) listened to us, advices us and took the time to help. Dr June is very experienced and professional during the care for my corgi since she was a puppy. Had a few consultation and treatment done and For a first time dog owner, Dr June was very detailed in explaining the care process for my puppy. I really appreciate this professionalism as it ease my anxiety and worries for my dog.

Highly recommend Dr June Tan and her team, they are excellent in their care for my dog, Buddy, since 2015. Buddy has many issues such as dry eyes, sensitive skin and in the recent years frequent seizures. Dr June is knowledgeable, attentive and is very thorough in explaining these issues to me. Buddy also does health screenings regularly with Dr June. Her team is gentle and professional in handling buddy.
