★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New piece vs display piece has measurement difference making it a very unpleasant experience. Not allowed to try new piece due to covid as claimed by sales assistant. Like the design of jumpsuit but Sewing workmanship not as good as previous. Dont accept refund, can only allow exchange, not flexible at all. Will think twice before patronising again.... ?
Latest verdict: Overall experience improved as they allow customer to try new piece and change till satisfied before buying as some pieces may have slight difference due to mass production. Feedback given was taken into action! ?
