★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped it off last Mon, 26 Apr. Was also told i'd receive a call when the item was ready for pick up earlier this week (tentatively Tues, 4 May). When phoning in to check in on the item yesterday Wed, 5 May, staff was rather defensive about being on medical leave earlier this week and requested for me to come in later today, Thurs, 6 May, after 3pm. Perhaps its a case of being understaffed?
Kudos for cleaning the wallet - nooks and crannies were all looking good. Unsure as to why same staff (post assessing the item in question on day of drop off) made hand gestures (signifying icky) to insinuate that the item was unclean. Not being a fan of mildew myself, I have attempted to wipe the item down prior to dropping it off as well.
With the initial assessment, perhaps there might be a more effective way to communicate to customers that stains(?) might not be entirely removable. Definitely felt odd, considering how i was most definitely not insisting on a 100% clean. Perhaps gloves could be worn by staff with assessing the item(s), when necessary?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seldom do I write reviews but this very disappointing experience warrants it. Nobody at the counter to greet, attitude was extremely unhelpful for what was a simple coffee spill on the inside fabric of a backpack. Dr Bags it is!
