When I asked a question for tote bags I got an extremely rude response. Then another question for shoes and I was told to "look around myself". Being an existing customer from Paris I never thought I'd have such bad service where I live in Singapore. MBS ion service was EXCELLENT compared to Ion. Avoid this store.
