β β β β β The manager a guy is loud and rude . Spoke to me in a rude and obnoxious manner. The lady Sales staff however were patient and very polite. Will never visit again thanks to him .

β β β β β First you need to find the store. It is not on ngee Ann directory. Google map tells you first floor when you can't find it you check Club Monaco website it tells you B1. You go B1 you can't find... Probably closed you go home and wonder why these people don't even take the time to update this...

β β β β β Customer service is excellent.... at around 12pm 6 Jan 2021 , Was accompanying my wife to shop and sales overheard me looking for a chair to sit.
Quickly rush to arrange a chair.
110% service attitude...

β β β β β There are two ways a store sales can assume on a customer, one is that the customer is a fraud and am looking for every possible discount for faults that are not visible. Another is that the customer is a tourist in the country and am trying really hard to part with her hard earned money for pieces from her favourite brand that are quite expensive. Unfortunately, yesterday, I was (felt that) I was treated as the first kind. I pointed out a snag in the inner lining of a blouse I fell in love with. The sales lady couldnβt find a replacement, so she proceeded to ask me where the fault was. I pointed it out. She said, this is just an extra threat, I can cut it for you. I said no its not. She then proceeded to say that it was the seam, which I said no and showed her where the seam is. I said, I am happy to purchase the top if I get small compensation for taking the top with the minor fault. So, seemingly the manager went to her rescue and jumped in, saying they can order a new one and I can collect tomorrow or get it delivered to my hotel within 2-5 working days with extra delivery charge. It was a weird moment of micro agression kind of customer service, one which I did not ask for. I said I donβt want to have to come back to the store. So he said, have a think, we are opened till xx time if you change your mind. I thought about bursting out of the store at that moment but decided that my stupid pride was in the way. Nothing worse than to get a passive aggressive customer service than none at all. Still love Club Monaco though, the pieces are always timeless. 9 times out of 10 the experience were always nothing less than excellent everywhere else, especially in New York 5th avenue store ??
