Fast but unfriendly service.. maybe fast cause no customer.. food on par

Very rude staff. Throwing my food into the takeaway box as she was preparing it.

Service very slow. 1 person only handling the crowd. Long queue during lunch hour. Not only that the girl serving said she can't on the cash register...no access to it. So she have to write down all the orders one by one...and at same time take orders and do packing etc. What a disappoint.

I hardly complained on services but this time it went way above my limit. Extremely very bad service, food is average. I went to redeem a free Lazada voucher on 29 Dec 2021, 12.36pm. Only one customer in front of me. The lady tending the store spoke to me in a very hostile tone. Repeated her questions many times when I already answered and still dare to say I didn't answer at all, or not said clearly, when we were all wearing mask. Can always ask me nicely to reply my answers but she didn't, sound like I should be blamed. She didn't even bother to see my redemption, only asked the guy in the adjacent store to see for her. Even when I showed her the redemption page on my phone (which is about the size of iPhone 12), she had to squint her eyes to the smallest possible, not sure of she could see anything like that. When I told her I am not happy with her tone, she still rebut that it's my problem. I came to this store many times and this is the first time I am treated like a dirt. Auntie, if you cannot speak in a better manner, go back to school to learn your manner. Crave, food and service is a married couple, and if this is the best your staff can do, I will not want to pay to experience ever again, not even for 5 mins.
