β β β β β 2nd May 2021 : Stood at the cashier at least 5 minutes waiting to be served while the 2 staff were busy at the back doing their stuff even after i asked if they are ready to take my order.
After i sounded out my order, both the staff took their time packing while chatting and giggling away as though they were on break.
As i proceeded to collect my order after being told to wait by the sides, i noticed that the boxes was not closed properly and utensils was missing.
This is by far the worst Crave i have ever been to and i really hope the higher-ups can at least enroll their staff through basic customer services courses before placing them at the various branches as this would only lower their overall standards.

β β β β β Not the best outlet at lot 1. They didn't have the otah. 2 for $10 promotion is not valid at this outlet for only god knows the reason why. This will be the last time patronising at this outlet.

Ordered two, paid for two chicken wing sets. Chicken wing missing from one packet.
Essentially I paid $5.90 for a packet of rice, some garnishing and an egg.
They weren't even busy. Mine was the only order they were prepping, and the queue only started after they 'completed' my order.
Astounding ineptitude.
Never buying anything from this outlet, or this brand again.

β β β β β The sambal from this outlet is quite spicy compared to the other outlets that has a sweet and mild spicy flavour, but also really addictive!! The Nyonya otah is lacking in flavour, but the ikan bilis are really crunchy and tasty βΊοΈ

TL;DR Overall the food isn't worth it for its price ($5.90 for chicken wing nasi lemak).
The rice seems like long grain basmati rice, but the quantity is so little! They are also very stingy with the ikan bilis and peanuts considering that they price their food so expensively.
The chilli was rather good and very spicy, because it had alot of chilli seeds. Those who cant take chilli seeds beware.
I doubt a grown man will be full after eating one packet. For a woman, I guess its just right. The box packaging is big but the serving is so little. The food doesn't even take half of the container. What a cheat!
The staff (young man) who was packing the food didn't bother to give utensils either.
The chicken wings are good though (I'd rate them separately at 4 out of 5), I recommend microwaving them as they taste best when hot.
Would I crave for Crave again? No.

β β β β β Sambal taste is not consistent from other outlet. Other than that everything was OK as the food were being serve while it's hot. A bit pricey though.
