Had some bike issues after two rides and brought the bike back they fixed it up promptly and cleaned it without even asking us for receipt or proof of purchase. Really easy going sellers. Happy with the stress free experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Rifle RV10 bike from TEMSG. The price is a discount if compared to other seller, and even cheaper than getting it directly from Taobao (excluding shipment). The owner Mixa has never failed to provide very good service. Whenever I have any problem with the bike, she will not have a second thought, ask me to send the bike to the shop, and they have technical competence people to look into the problem and solve it in shortest time possible. The workmanship is great. Some more, they have a shop with ready stock and you can test ride before deciding on the type of bike to purchase. As a result, I have already recommended 4 friends to purchase from her and I believe more to come. Well done TEMSG and I believe you will succeed in the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice n polite owner n crew. Wen to chg a inner tube n saddle n handlebar n grip at decent price. They do hav a range of litepro accessories. Do ask them. They shd display more of the accessories if possible. Guess they r more bike seller. Ignore the negative comment u see, its a disgruntled client. Overall very good experience. Will definitely go if i ned a new foldie
