s	siew Hong Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to Bike shop this afternoon to check out a bike for my daughter who is a beginner rider. Was warmly welcomed by Mdm Guan and staff Simha. As I have little knowledge of bikes, both were very patient to understand my requirements and took pain to guide me to know what to look out for. Never once did they try to oversell or push sale. Infact their advises were practical and balanced. They were both very detailed in going through the parts and allowed us time to try and decide. I'm particularly impressed by the good working relationship between the 2 of them despite their different culture and age, they were both extremely friendly and cheerful. They have good reasonably priced bikes there and I managed to get not just one but 2 bikes from them after months of searching for the right ones. Glad that I chanced upon them. Highly recommended!

Chat with Jack at Passion Bike as we are nearer to his outlet rather that Pay Lebar. He advise us on to trouble shoot and eventually I send my bike for him to check. 2 days later I collected with no fuss. Very professional handle and customer service excellence. I will definitely rec9mmend my friensa to his place.
