β β β β β Visited this clinic last few months and the doctor says "so you think you cannot get covid-19 because no fever isit?" I went to do swab test and it came out negative. Well, it is okay to advise patient for swab test but you don't need to speak like that, it's a bit rude and not professional, please improve this and speak nicely to your other patients.

β β β β β Visited Dr Suzanne for a ruptured blood vessel in my eye and she was really patient in explaining the condition to me. Counter staff was also hospitable, on top of the clean environment in the clinic. Overall, a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend!

β β β β β This clinic gave me the worst experience ever , last time I was having diarrhea and stomach ache .But the doctor was looking one patient for almost one hour inside they just simply talking and consumed the time .. I was in hurry cause my condition was like that . Itβs just a clinic and nothing much procedure to do inside . Next time I hope doctor Suzzane will know how to think of the next patient .

I visited the clinic at 8:++pm, was having fever, cough and running nose (feel like collapsing anytime soon).
When I asked the receptionists, are you still taking patients (as it was quite late)? They said yes, and asked me what happened to me. So I told them accordingly. They asked: so you have Covid symptons? I said I guess so.
They told me they cant take me only can write referral letter and refer me to another clinic. I was :??!! at this hour you refer me to another clinic you meant??
Sorry to say, if you are so scare of virus and chose to see certain group of patients, don be a Dr! Your clinic is being commercialized, you are not curing people
