★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place provides the best service I can ever imagine. Despite having to wait long, IIona apologized for the long wait. From the moment I walked in to the time I met up with the banker IIona has been a pleasant visit. IIona was very customer service oriented, pleasant to talk to, courteous and treat me with respect. Service was excellent. She went above and beyond to ensure my issues were taken care of. I am so happy I am banking with DBS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing in to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Chiaw Chern at DBS AMK Central. I had a sticky issue regarding my account where she followed through beyond her duties and followed up closely and even reminded me of my supposed deadline.
Her professionalism was further emphasized with her empathy and that’s putting a sweet note to my interactions with her in particular.

Why can't you allow customers to quickly take a queue number via their phone and then contact them when their turn is near like your Marina Bay branch? That would be the most optimal solution to handle your long queues as this gives customers the freedom to run other errands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a weekday around 10:30am, waited about 15mins for a queue number (due to Covid restrictions) and about 20mins to be served. Service was great everyone was friendly. Was attended by a very patient lady called Jasmine, thank you for your help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I’ve experienced a serious privacy issue with your staff at Parkway Parade branch (marine parade ). I went to update my passport details, . I noted your staff writing down my bank account number, email address, both old and new passport number and my mobile number on a paper.
Can you explain why? Why she needs to take down all these information in a peace of paper. I have to fight with destroy the paper.
As a customer I want to know, is this allowed under your privacy framework.
