β β β β β Worst customer service and system. Just two people ahead of me and I have to wait for an hour. Staff paces around slowly, looking at phone, many empty counters. I asked if I could fill out forms while waiting to save time but was asked to wait to fill out at the counter. The person in front of me took half an hour just to fill out the form!! Ocbc is not catching up with all the digitalization and streamlining of processes unlike other banks. Had so many negative experiences that Iβm closing the account.

β β β β β 4stars for the staff services and attitude. One star left is the facilities is too lousy which dragged all the efficiency and caused unnecessary time wasted for both customers and staffs.

β β β β β Super poor lousy customer service provided by the tall male staff - Bryan, he does not show respect to elderly indeed is rude as one of aunty checked with him how come the queue so long, yet only 2 counters (counter 1 and 6) open , he simply replied rest of his counter colleagues need to having their lunch, sounds like why u come at this timing and better do not disturb their lunch???...isit poor management arrangement for lunch break or fallshort of manpower??? I also waited for almost 1 hour and 7 people in front of me , till now the poor Malay lady - Siti still serving one of customer for more than half hour, hence the queue never clear at all.... I approached to the entrance female staff and she did replied is like that one, just asked me to wait patiently.... she do not even bother how long the queue inside the hall ...

β β β β β Visited OCBC on 5 June 2022 at around 2.30pm. Worst experience where staff did not call customer next in queue. Feel like the staff is selective in choosing who to serve. Will consider stop patronising OCBC as have no confidence with OCBC service.

β β β β β Very very poor customer service given by the staff in this branch, you can check the female staff working this timing. I have experienced many friendly staff from this bank, but today disappointed, need to walk away although I have a matter that I lost my bank card.

β β β β β Low standard and the waiting time now takes 3 hours. Only 3 counter open. Service so slow.
Not convenient for woman bring baby or toddler. How to wait that so slow and service so slow?
Worst bank in Singapore.

β β β β β Personal banking officers at 15.33hr, no one help empty the all rooms, what going on? Haven coffee break? We all waiting for more then 1 hour queue number not moving?
Which at least 1 bank officer attend at personal banking, but no one at all service desk.
very bad and arrange very bad. Please improve someone helping alot old people's queueing. Counter only 2 staffs what the hack is this as a big bank like ocbc why taking so long queue?

β β β β β Waited for a freaking 5 to 6hrs just for 1 simple transaction. Ridiculous. Bad service. Please do proper staff management. You all already know this branch is the busiest, yet the your bank did not arrange sufficient staffs? Unacceptable. Please review and work on it. This has to be improved.
