horrible service. went twice and both times i wasnt served with a smile. service was extremely slow despite the bank being generally empty. regret opening an account there. and its only my first day having it.

Appalling service. You guys just opened up in the morning, yet you're all already so glum, so cold and robotic. My colleague and I came here to get some papers signed, he went inside first while I cleared our table at the adjacent mcdonald's. I tried going in, only a few seconds after him, but your security guard barred me from entering, and I had to call my collegue back out of the queue to "escort" me in.

Very slow customer service. Renew deposit took over 1 hour. Try to misrepresent structured products as fixed deposit. Be very careful. beside Maybank, even traditional banks like ocbc also do this kind of unethical stuff.

Went there to change address and get a card replacement. There was this young guy who served me at counter 3, clearly didn’t understand what i wanted and i have actually explained to him 2-3 times. I waited for my card it’s been a week now, so i called Maybank and actually that guy did not even do a card replacement for me. Only change my address. And their service is not friendly.

Disappointing I went here to open an account and the first guy I was referred to was nice. However, I was then referred to someone else and the rest of my experience went downhill. It was my first time opening and working with this bank and I have never felt so disappointed and looked down upon. This guy did not seem interested in helping me and when I asked him a few questions because I was confused. He seemed annoyed and after I rejected an offer of some promotion that was happening, he no longer seemed interested in helping me. I got confused between the two letters I was given and he seemed frustrated and ready to get rid of me. I was asking why there was two PIN numbers and he seemed so unhappy. He even left the counter before I did. Before giving me a chance to ask any further questions because I have never used this bank before . I IMMEDIATELY REGRET IT. I was debating between UOB and Maybank and I chose Maybank. I DEEPLY REGRET IT. such an arrogant jerk... will NOT be heading to that outlet again...

Went to open a savings account, at noon on a weekday. The bank personnel were professional and very helpful (both the worker at the entrance, and bank officer who helped me open). Good job!
