★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service experience I have received since a while. Got the handle and wheels replaced, no questions asked. They even expedited because of my upcoming trip. It’s lucky that the warranty card is within the zipped compartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to the mixed reviews, the centre was very accommodating and quick. There is only one person manning the desk so my calls initially went unanswered. I walked in instead and they were able to immediately accommodate and repair my handles as my flight is already on Friday. Even though I did not have my warranty certificate and receipt they were able to use the inner label to confirm that my luggage was under warranty.
Just a note that service lead time is typically 2-3 weeks. I think that they were able to accommodate my repair as it was quite minor. Do WhatsApp them for a smoother service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to step in to the building information counter, mentioned I looking for Delsey repair dept, a pretty lady said it is repair centre here and recognized me called for need help to forgot password with my luggage. She solve my password less than 5 minutes and told that this skill cannot teach me, due to their managment rule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to COVID-19, we haven't been traveling for almost 2 years, so our luggages been in the storeroom for a while. Finally as countries re-open, we've booked a flight and started packing only days before departure. Little did we know, all the handles have deteriorated and broke! We immediately called the service centre on Monday morning to explain the situation. They were very helpful and really accommodating, and told me that they can help to fix it within the day, when usually it will take 2-3 weeks. The technician was helpful and professional, and we are really happy!!! Everything was done at no cost as it's still within warranty. Thank you so much! (Pictures shown before and after repair - luggages bought 6 yrs ago)
