★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always buy Lojel luggage as it got this repair facility in Singapore and its really very convenient compared to other big names which you need to wait for a long time before the luggage can be returned to you. It won't take more than 20mins and you get new and very durable wheels for your luggage. If anything is loose, the uncle will tighten for you and its as good as the day you took it out from the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im sorry for others that have bad experience at this place. But mine is not that bad. I got my lojel repaired quickly. Zipper head was broken because US Immigration cut that out (apparently thats a regular cases uncle said). I waited only a few minutes since no one before me. Come early as possible esp Sat. Uncle very responsive and kind. Thank you, keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the official and sole distributor for all Eminent, Lojel and many other luggage brands in Singapore. Have been using eminent luggage for many years and can stand by their quality. Had an eminent luggage which is around 10 years old that needed to fix the wheels. Whatsapped them and brought it for repair. Cost $35 and takes 3 days which is reasonable. Also help to fix a crack in the luggage for another $20.
