Very prompt response from Dasmond. I sent pictures of my lugguage to him and he would sent me the quotes for original wheels and non-original wheels with pictures.
I chose non-original wheels which are as good and very reasonable price too.
Took about less than 15 mins in replacing 4 wheels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my Lojel luggage to change its handles after enquiry with Mr Desmond on what app. Very swiff reply from him for quotation, shop opening hrs and address. The repair was fast (on the same day) and i also replaced the wheels. Good services from Mr Desmond. I casually asked about the change of luggage pin, he helped me to reset and also oil the pull up handles. All in all, would highly recommended Mr Desmond for repairing your luggage.

My luggage needed new wheels and Desmond exchanged them within 30min and whatsapped me when I could come pick it up.
My wheels are built in, so he needed to cut a part open, but he then concealed it very well! (I unscrewed it at home myself because I did not want to drag the large luggage piece across town)
Highly recommend and will come again for luggage repairs :-)

Desmond is very helpful in answering all our queries. On top of his friendliness, he is also very skillful in repairing/ servicing luggage related issues. I got my 10-year-old samsonite wheels changed under 20mins. Impressed by his workmanship and knowledge!
