β β β β β We bought an oxygen concentrator ( Sept 2020) from them and it broke down. Call them up and was told they ( Ivan) arrange service. No one call back after 1 1/2 day, we have to call them. Later was told to call the agent and no contact number was given. We had to asked and they gave us a fax number which no one ever pick up. We had to find the contact ourselves. The Agent said the distributor should provide the post-service. And they are not the distributor but a vendor. My dad needs 16hrs of oxygen daily and the machine cannot be used for these few days. We had to spent money to get an oxygen tank and effort to hunt down who is the distributor to provide the post-service.
This is health concerned and crucial to follow up.

β β β β β I'm using their wheelchair for last 7 years and satisfied. The quality is good, but I'm disappointed from the last visit. The Indian guy are not friendly and too much professional. Customer's dealings, are the most important thing in any business.

Unsatisfactory service recovery. I was told the item comes with mounting hardware.
The screws are the wrong size. When WhatsApp to them, I was just told, "these are what our supplier provides".
The screws are not only the wrong type. They are the same size as the holes on the grab bar. How to fit?
Showroom item is mounted with anchor bolts. Not their own "supplied" screws and nylon anchors.
True I chose to shop here. But only after I compared with other cheaper items online and elsewhere.
The website says the item is stainless steel. Therefore I decided to pay a premium. I'm suspicious as the item is chrome finished. But will give benefit of a doubt.
When I went to purchase, the items are not boxed, no specifications, brand or anything. Just sold loose with some bubble wrap.
As with home care and medical equipment. I'm sure most agree. The price and specs are not the most stressful. It's the peace of mind in an already bad situation that the item can be used and used immediately.
Don't contact me. I spent $24.90 on my own anchor bolts and mounting hardware. On top of your $145 foldable grab bar, 2 pcs. $290 total.

β β β β β After a support joint in a DNR electric hospital bed broke, causing a part of the bed to constantly slope downwards and towards the right, I called the DNR hotline and engaged extension 3 (which was the repair service).
Every single time I called them, I was put through to an automated message saying that the servicing hotline was engaged and unavailable, whereas when I tried calling extension line 1, which was the purchase and product hotline, there was always someone picking up the call. The contrast between pre-sales and after-sales service is absolutely astounding.
One of the staff on line 1 provided me with a mobile number and told me to WhatsApp or call.
Thus far, I have had no replies or return calls, and my mother is still lying on a broken hospital bed.
I received customer service from DNR that was similarly horrendous back in Sept to Oct 2021.
The after sales customer service is not just terrible, but entirely non-existent. Purchase something from them, you receive something that will inevitably break, and when you try to get them to fix it, they go MIA.
