Can't even relax and enjoy the massage, keep promoting their package. Promotion mentioned 60 mins, but was later inform only 45mins cos 15 mins is for consultation. Package is super ex.

This is the worst facial experience I’ve ever had....... the extraction is so painful I was tearing so badly and the beautician didn’t even care. (I’ve done extraction at many places and trust me, extraction here is EXTRA painful). It also gave me a breakout the day after. She’s also very inattentive and seem like she didn’t even want to be there. Definitely will never come back and would not recommend anyone to come here.

Please DO NOT try it! Just walked off from the Clementi outlet feeling cheated again! Donna provided few range of beauty services and I’m their VIP customer for their facial services at Star Vista outlet. Recently I have signed up another package at SV and was given 3 free services of hair scalp treatment, pedicure and eye brow embroidery which I actually not looking forward to as I know this just another business tactics to lure customer to try their other services so that they can hard sell their services to you. Since it’s time for me to have eye brow embroidery touch up so I just take this opportunity to make use of the free eye brow embroidery which they claimed worth $1.2k. I made the appointment and went to Clementi outlet, the staff applied the numb cream and I waited for nearly half an hour. Another staff later came in and explained to me that the free eye brow tattoo that I entitled to will not be able to fully cover my old 6D embroidery that I previously did cos it’s got less strokes and advised me to top up another $1k to have thicker strokes to cover my old embroidery colour. Can you believe that an eye brow embroidery value $1.2k (they claimed) the strokes can be counted and you need to top up another $1k to have a proper eyebrow embroidery done! Siao! From the start I already said that I’m not going to do it if I still need to top up more to get a proper eyebrow made which I can do it at elsewhere with reasonable price include one free touch up as per the market rate. I told her that I’m fine to not utilised my free deluxe package and walked out the shop! This is my second times encountered bad experienced of their eyebrow services with Donna beauty. And is my first time to write a long review to condemn their business tactics and services. Please do not trust their eyebrow embroidery ad. and with the same value you can get a trustworthy and better services at other famous eyebrow embroidery provider.

Extreme hardselling. Therapist started upselling me the moment she walked into the room, saying the $28 trial won't be effective, might as well upgrade to the $136 one. Treatment had no effect and I didn't want to sign any package, telling them I hate hardsellers but was still continually pressed by the sales associate saying she's "just sharing only". Seriously don't waste your time and just don't step into this place..!!

I do not know them and did not use their service before. But this company is constantly adding me into multiple whatsapp group and exposing numerous numbers without consent. Despite warning them to remove me and stop adding, they continuously do so. This company is breaching PDPA! Stop spamming me into your whatsapp group with your promotions!

I paid for a package before starting the treatment (they force the customer to pay first) and she didnt explain anything or asked if this treatment is good or not. After paying and started the session they told me i need to UPGRADE to benefit! WHAT!

I visited the clementi branch on 29th July 2022, attended by Jennifer chang. One of the worst experiences I had. Even before she started, she ask me to top up to to other service, which i rejected. I told her just do the trail properly and discuss later as I am here purposely to try out their BoJin. She keep telling me BoJin does not suit me~~~and I should do GunJin or 药灸，as is TCM related. I rejected, cos I have my TCM session every thur. And I come here for a purpose. The hard sell process is very annoying and create discomfort. She soon realised I won't buy anything as I already stop responding to her. Then she just quickly finish up the session. The whole session is around 20 min ONLY. They advertised as back and head. The actual thing is, the back of ur head and neck. I will say is a false advertisement. Seriously, if you are not sincere about giving a trial package at a promo price then don't do it. It waste both ur customer and staff's time. And for ur sales staff, please train them to be more. professional and don't do things with a agenda. TBH, i come with a heart to experience and explore a service that really make me feel comfortable. I am all ready to sign up a suitable package, but ur staff's service and attitude simply turn me off.

I visited their stall at Clementi Mall today. Initially, the lady in charge was extremely friendly and also tried to sell me a package for 50 dollars. I didn't want to take the package immediately as I had to leave to my home country soon. After that, she was pretty rude to me and made me feel like she wanted me out of her stall as soon as possible, although I paid the entire amount for the service without availing the promotion. The service was good but the behaviour of the lady in charge deserves no stars. I would not be visiting the place again. I was willing to take the package at a later date but I would not be due to her insolent behavior. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect no matter they avail your promotions or not. I was also not surprised to see the other reviews about this place.
