★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch zichar cooking by Chef Heng. This kopitiam also serves chicken and char siew rice and claupot meals. We went for the zichar and was not disappointed. The crabs and prawns were meaty and substantial. The chef brought out the creaminess of the century egg in 3-egg spinach. Prices are regular zichar prices, so while not cheap given that there are many low priced competitors, gives pretty good value thanks to the skill of the chef. Plan to be back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their curry pork rice, mixture of coconut milk and spices was perfect. Good service too. Have patronized this coffee shop for more than a year now and I found that their food quality has been consistent. Not so pricey too, will definitely come back for more! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their signature claypot lao Shu Fen is a must get. The flavour profile is one of a kind. Furthermore their fried Hokkien mee was fried with generous amounts of pork lard. No complaints there.
The marmite pork and prawn paste chicken is amazing as well. Though the prawn paste chicken doesn’t have the best color, don’t be deceived by its looks. It’s flavourful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time so tried all the signature dishes.
Claypot mee tai mak and KL hokkien mee were decent with generous amount of pork lard. Could have stronger wok hey.
Chicken soup (with wine) was pretty good - worth a try. Salted egg pork ribs was the star of the night - tender and flavourful, with good crunchy crust.
All dishes ordered were small size. Bill came up to $66 with 2 drinks.
