★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were plagued by nuisances from an upstair neighbour who drags heavy stuff across the hall, slamming of door and shoutings from the kids for more than a yr. Reached out to condo management but was fruitless. Neighbour claimed noise nuisances not from them.
Came across dropnoise team feature in e news and reached out to them to seek for consultation. Appalled initially as on-site consultation wasn't free. And communication was only via email. We tried to look ard for alternative and turned back to the team again (long story short). Proceeded to engage them for a few hrs of measurement. Gotten a measurement report from them and we submitted it to the condo management and neighbour to justify our claims. It works out eventually.
Pros: Team was professional. Pricing clear and no hidden fees.
Cons: Only allowed to correspond via email prior to confirming our appointment. On-site consultation charges a fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Dropnoise’s 24 hr noise measurement that the truth is uncovered. One neighbour who live across the road filed a CDRT claim against us- accusing our pet parrots of excessive noise from 6.30am to 10pm. We know our pets do make some noise but not excessively. We are mindful that we do not disturb neighbours. Everyday, we hear the dawn chorus from community birds in our estate as the wild birds awaken around 6am. We live near the forest. Our pets sleep in covered cages and wake up around 8am. Our house will be in total darkness with curtains drawn. We went to trial and the judge considered Dropnoise’s reports and dismissed the case. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is horribly unprofessional. Enquired on their lazada store nicely but met with a horrible attitude. I asked for certain level of assurance that it will work( at least scientifically to a certain level) but seller became highly defensive and gave sarcastic comments. Eventually they even blocked me on lazada. This is not what a proper and self respecting company should be doing. Avoid at all cost unless you are fine with paying them and being treated horribly.
