โ โ โ โ โ Mr Lee is so unprofessional and does not know how to handle or deal with his maids that he provides . He is not clear and transparent with the rules and regulations with new employees that take on new maids. His maids do not qualify to do basic house chores with zero communication skills . They mostly do the opposite which really is frustrating and they are not willing to learn . Their attitude are horrible . What is stated on the paper about them is purely lies. I strongly do not recommend this agency please save yourself from unnecessary wasting your money and time.

โ โ โ โ โ Lee helped us hire a maid in these coronavirus times at a very reasonable rate and made the whole hiring so easy for us . The process was very transparent and effortless, he made sure all our requirements were met and he gave lots of options to choose from , conducted interviews. once we selected our choice , the process of bringing the maid to Singapore including all the paper was perfect . Recently he called us to check hows the maid doing and same he checked with the maid if she is ok in the household.
I would highly recommend him and his company.

โ โ โ โ โ My personal experience with this agency was stellar and I will recommend their services to employers looking for helpers.
Initially, we had communication issues with the helper due to language barrier. Mr Lee would kindly extend his help for a translator to mediate discussion between us on employer expectation and her views. His admin work was also handled well which streamlined the hiring process and contract in place. Mr Lee was also quick to respond to my queries with advice.
In all, my experience with this agency is positive and my helper is still with us in her 3rd year of service as at 2021.
My helper has also nurtured from an amateur to a good cook as well as a medical caregiver. Do not expect fast miracles for new helper within first year of service. Give clear instructions and patience training. Open communication and understanding with one another.

Previously, we had several unpleasant issues to deal with when we engaged with other maid agencies. I am glad that Mr. Lee has provided good and quality maids for my household.
