Johnny, the Salesperson whom attended to me was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. He served me with patience and explained things in detail. My intention was only to get the bedframe but ended up buying the mattress as well. He showed me quite a number of models and explained each model. I requested for early delivery and he made it happened. Today, the delivery was done. I'm very satisfied with the product and services. Delivery guys were great too. Did the installation quite fast. So you guys out there, if you are looking for bedframes, mattresses, look for Johnny at Dunlopillo IMM branch, ok !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping for a pillow for my mum on a weekend afternoon, and boy am I glad I walked into Dunlopillo. Johnny and Sharon is super friendly and service oriented. They explained the product very well and convinced us to make our first Latex pillow purchase! (and got a good deal too; 1 for 1 $148) anyone who is unsure to switch to latex pillow, do come down to the store to try it out for yourself!

She is very experience and knowledgeable of her company's product and also very patience in introducing us different types of their mattresses.
Finally I have chosen 1 of her recommendation mattress.
On the day of delivery, delivery personnel even call to confirm they are arriving in 30 mins and less then 30 mins they were here.
Overall experience very good.

Both promoters are really service oriented, patient and helpful. More importantly, they have very good product knowledge and thus able to advise on the models that best meet my requirements.
Johnny n Sharon are very good Brand Ambassadors of Dunlopillo...a brand I have stuck with for several decades due to its quality, durability n reliability. Keep it up!
