From our first step into Unisprings to delivery, our entire experience was sublime. They were very accommodating to our needs and were not pushy at all. The mattress is on a whole new level. For price we paid (3K), the comfort is on par or better than the 4-5K mattress from the other big brands. Besides the comfort, what I was most impressed by was their service. My wife had a bed frame design in mind which they did not have in hand as it wasn't a popular model. Thus, my wife settled on another frame and we were already about to make the payment. Jay who was attending to us had already written our the order. While completing the order form, he suddenly realised that he may have the design in another catalogue that they had and checked it before finalising the payment. To our pleasant surprise, it was exactly what my wife had wanted and we were thrilled. He could have just let us make the payment and continued with his day. But no, he mad the effort to help us get what we wanted. This action goes to show how much Unisprings cares about their customers. Will always be a loyal customers from now on and would encourage anyone looking for mattress or bedframes to get it from them. Also, the finished product is of very high quality and we've had our best sleep ever on these beds. Aftersales is also great. JJ had messaged me to check if everything was okay with the delivery and was more than willing to address our questions. First class customer service. 100% will recommend.

I was looking for 2 Bed frames and Mattresses, I went a few shops before going into unisprings, the other store prices seemed too high and quality wasn't as great. Upon stepping feet into unispring I encountered the boss serving us, he was knowledgeable, explains clearly and was honest last able to give good suggestion, we then made a deL for 2 bed frame and 2 mattresses , prices we more reasonable then other stores and owner was able to guide well, am Happy with the purchase and shall recommend

Bought the Maxcoil Royal Brilliance 3 years ago and bed is still as good as when we it first came. Salesperson was patient to explain to us different models and the materials used. Not pushy when it comes to selling.

Gotten a king size bed 2 years ago and to date it is still going well. As our house was not ready when we purchased it, they managed to hold on to our bed frame until the house is ready recently. Good services.

I was looking for a mattress that’s soft and cooling at the same time. So when I went into Unisprings, I was being approach by Eric. He recommended a bed that is soft and even upsell me to top up - few hundred more to add on a topper. I spent about $2.5k and was really looking forward to good night sleep. Finally the day arrived, but the bed we’ve gotten was the hardest thing I’ve slept on, and the bed trap so much heat. I called back within a day to complain that the mattress was so hard and not the same as the one we tried. Eric told me that it will take less than a year of sleeping on it, to soften the bed. I’ve slept for 5 years now, I got to say, the bed was still as hard….

My wife and I used the Jardine King sized mattress for over a year and thoroughly enjoyed the quality sleep we have had!
